Returns
Shoreline Traders makes every effort to provide the finest quality leather products with consistent and reliable customer service. We do realize, though rare, mistakes can happen. Any claims or requests for returns must be made to customer service by phone or mail including e-mail no later than 14 days after receipt of goods. Shipping charges are not refunded. There will be no cash/credit refunds or exchanges 14 days after receipt of goods (see Christmas/Holiday exception below). In addition there will be no refunds or exchanges on worn items, custom orders and orders shipped outside the USA (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses). All goods must be in their original new and unworn condition with all tags still attached. Your sales receipt must also be included.
Shipping
Goods on hand are shipped within five (5) business days of order receipt. Goods that are not on hand and most custom orders will normally be shipped within 15 days. An order for goods must be accompanied by payment in full. Shoreline Traders accepts most major credit cards as well as cashiers checks, money orders, Western Union Quick Pay and PayPal. Except for custom orders your credit card will not be charged until shipment of goods. Personal checks are not accepted. All orders are payable to Shoreline Traders LLC.
We ship via UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. Shipment will be by Ground or Air as you have selected. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. Shoreline Traders uses the USPS when shipping to addresses with Box numbers only. Most of our shipments are via UPS or Fed Ex and they must be signed for when delivered. You may, however, waive this requirement when ordering but Shoreline Traders LLC will not be responsible for or guarantee the safe and secure delivery of your order if you waive this requirement.
Christmas/Holiday Returns
Goods that are ordered during the months of November and December will be considered ordered as a Holiday gift. Shoreline Traders LLC will waive the normal 14-day return policy for goods ordered during this period with regard to exchanges. A Holiday gift may be exchanged only if Shoreline Traders is notified no later than January 5th of the following year of a desired exchange. As with any return, all goods must be in their original new and unworn condition with all tags still attached. Your sales receipt must also be included. The normal 14-day return policy applies for any returns during the November to December period that seek cash or credit refund.
Privacy Policy
Any information collected by us about you from a sales receipt, web site or any another source will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Shoreline Traders LLC will not sell, reuse or disclose any of this information to any outside source. Shoreline Traders LLC will use any information you have given us only in ways that you have consented to (e.g. to send you information on sales or new products).
