- I can’t find a product.How do I search for it?
Click on the “search” button in the upper left hand corner of the home page or click on a category of interest to you.
- How do I find out if a product is in stock?
Click on either the picture or the “detail” button which will bring you to the details page. An inventory “status” box is located on this page.
- How can I zoom in on your products?
Just run your cursor over the detail photo and it will automatically enlarge. Also, you can click on the thumbnail photos to get an alternate view on the product.
- Can I get a sample of your leather?
Yes. Go to the home page and click on the blue letter link that requests a swatch. We will send it out to you as quickly as we can.
5. How can I determine my size?
Do you have a jacket that you know fits you well? Check for the size label and refer to our sizing chart. If for example, your jacket is a medium (M), find the coresponding size below (eg. 8 to 10), then select the best fit on the ordering page of the product. Be sure also to select petite, regular, or tall if that describes you. If you need any more help, contact us at info@shorelinetraders.com.

- What are your shipping procedures?
At the top or the bottom of the home page, click on the link “Terms and Policies” which will describe our procedures in this area.
Can I have a custom made jacket?
Yes. While most customers will be totally satisfied with our standard size selection, we know occasionally a custom order is just what is needed for a perfect fit. Towards that end we offer you the opportunity to upgrade your order for an additional sixty dollars ($60).
When you have found a jacket you would like custom made, just click the custom "yes" button on the "details" page of the product you want and you will be requested to sign-in. When log-in is complete you will next be brought to the "custom measurement" page. Please fill-in the necessary measurements as accurately as you can. If you are not sure of your exact measurements, print a copy of the "custom measurements" page and have your tailor or a local dry cleaner, that may have a seamstress on staff, take your measurements. Please follow the instructions exactly and then submit the form. We will respond with an automatic email and then contact you with an estimated ship date. It's really quite simple!
